【Abstract】 Ideological and political construction is the basis for strengthen Party self-governance,and it’s also the core of the construction of leadership in universities.Under the new situation and new requirements of strengthen Party selfgovernance in every respect,Party committees of the universities should conscientiously study and carry out the spirit of the19 th National Congress of CPC,firmly use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to carry out all works,fully understand the importance and urgency of the ideological and political construction of the leading group,take effective measures,and make a firm and comprehensive way.The deployment of strengthen Party self-governance in every respect needs to be implemented,and constantly improve the scientific level of strict governance over the Party and effectively promote the connotative development of the university.更多还原
