响应面优化活性炭对麦芽糖浆脱色的条件
Optimize Conditions of Activated Carbon Decolorizing Malt Syrup by the Response Surface Methodology
【摘要】 本实验以麦芽糖浆为处理对象,以活性炭为脱色剂,研究使用活性炭为麦芽糖浆脱色的最佳条件。利用单因素实验和响应面分析法对麦芽糖浆的脱色工艺进行优化。结果表明:脱色的最佳工艺条件为活性炭用量1.4%、pH4.3、脱色时间32min、脱色温度51℃。此条件下麦芽糖浆的投射率达到99.07%。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, malt syrup was treated as research object and activated carbon was used as decolorizer for studying the optimum condition of activated carbon decolorizing malt syrup. The decolorization process of malt syrup was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum process conditions of decolorizing were as follows: activated carbon content 1.4%, pH 4.3, decoloring time 32 min, decoloringtemperature 51℃. Under this condition, the transmittance of malt syrup reached 99.07%.
