污泥-稻壳混烧灰胶凝性浸出试验研究
Experimental Study on Gelation Properties of Sludge-rice Husk Co-combustion Ash
【摘要】 针对混烧灰渣不经处置而引起的环境问题,基于污泥-稻壳混烧灰渣为混合材,部分替代水泥,进行复合胶凝材料的开发。根据胶凝材料的使用性能确定混烧灰掺量,同时研究混烧灰的加入对胶凝材料的抗压强度和抗冻融性能的影响。实验结果表明,当混烧灰掺量不超过30%时,混烧灰基复合胶凝材料的凝结时间均满足《通用硅酸盐水泥》要求。混烧灰的加入降低了净浆早期的抗压强度,提高了中后期的抗压强度,同时也降低了胶凝材料的抗冻融性能。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the serious environmental problems caused by the non-disposal of ash in the process of co-firing,the mixed cementitious material was developed based on the sludge-rice husk mixed burning ash as the mixture,and partly replacing the cement.According to the performance of cementitious materials,the content of mixed ash was determined.At the same time,the effects of the addition of mixed fire on the compressive strength and anti-freezing and thawing properties of cementitious materials were studied.The experimental results show that the coagulation time of the mixedash-based composite cementitious materials satisfies the requirement of " Portland cement" when the content of mixed ash is less than 30%.The addition of mixed ash reduces the compressive strength of the early pulp,and improves the compressive strength in the middle and late stages,and reduces the freeze-thaw resistance of the cementitious material.
