粒子冲击钻井中管汇冲蚀磨损模拟分析

【摘要】 为了对粒子冲击钻井中管汇冲蚀磨损进行模拟分析,建立了弯管、冲管、鹅颈管、钻杆接头、钻头喷嘴等管汇系统的数学模型和物理模型。选用有限体积法进行离散,将网格模型导入FLUENT软件中进行数值模拟,对不同影响因素下的结果进行分析。通过模拟结果,分析了90°弯管、冲管、鹅颈管、钻杆接头、钻头喷嘴等管汇部件在不同排量、粒径、粒子浓度下的冲蚀磨损情况;对比分析了排量、粒子直径、粒子浓度3个不同变量对管汇系统不同部件冲蚀磨损。分析得到的规律有助于对磨损情况进行精确预测,确定管路安全使用的标准,从而确保钻井安全。

【Abstract】 In order to simulate the erosion in manifold during particle hammer drilling,a mathematical model and a physical model of the manifold system of elbow,red pipe,gooseneck,drill pipe joint and bit nozzle were established in this paper.And the finite volume method for discrete is chosen to solve process using uncoupled implicit format.The obtained grid model is imported into FLUENT software for numerical simulation,and the results under different influence factors are analyzed.Finally,through the simulation results,the erosive wear of several kinds of manifolds with 90°elbow,red pipe,gooseneck,drill pipe joint and bit nozzle at different displacement,particle size and particle concentration were analyzed.Also the displacement,particle diameter,particle concentration of three different variables on the manifold system of different parts of the erosion and wear of the overall are compared and analyzed.The regularity of analysis helps to accurately predict the wear status and determine the standards for the safe use of the pipeline so as to ensure the drilling safety and enable the application of particle impact drilling technology.
