【摘要】 目的观察凉血消银汤联合复方芩柏软膏治疗进行期银屑病的疗效及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选取我院收治的进行期银屑病患者146例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各73例,两组均给予饮食指导、健康宣教等基础治疗,在此基础上对照组给予复方芩柏软膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合凉血消银汤治疗。观察两组中医证候积分、皮损面积和严重程度、临床疗效以及血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后两组皮损面积、鳞屑、红斑、浸润评分显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组总有效率90. 41%显著高于对照组73. 97%(P <0. 05);治疗后两组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论凉血消银汤联合复方芩柏软膏能够有效改善进行期银屑病患者临床症状,降低血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on progressive psoriasis treated with liangxue xiaoyin decoction and compound qinbai ointment and the impacts on serum TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in the patients. Methods A total of 146 patients of progressive psoriasis recruited in the Hospital were as the subjects. According to the random number table,they were divided into a treatment group and a control group,73 cases in each one. The basic treatment was applied to both of the two groups,such as diet instruction and health education. Additionally,in the control group,compound qinbai ointment was used. In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,liangxue xiaoyin decoction was adopted. TCM symptom scores,skin lesion area and lesion severity,clinical effects and the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1and IL-6 were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,TCM symptom scores were lower significantly than the scores before treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 05) and the score in the treatment group was lower significantly than the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,skin lesion area,the scores of scales,erythema and infiltration were lower significantly than the scores before treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 05) and the results in the treatment group was lower significantly than the control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate was 90. 41% in the treatment group,higher significantly than 73. 97% in the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 were all lower significantly than the levels before treatment in the two groups and the levels in the treatment group was lower significantly than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Liangxue xiaoyin decoction combined with compound qinbai ointment effectively relieves the clinical symptoms of progressive psoriasis,reduces the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 and improves the clinical therapeutic effects.更多还原
