【摘要】 深入调查河北省产业集群下中小企业发展现状,发现集群数量稳步增长,产业集群规模不断壮大,部分地区发展滞后。产业集群下中小企业产业转型的比重小、销售渠道及范围迅速发展、技术设备开始升级、组织形式开始转型等,产业集群转型升级处于萌芽状态,转型升级中还存在很多问题。建议优化集群外部环境、建立集群合作关系、加强集群品牌建设以及中小企业创新等,促进产业集群下的中小企业健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey is done of the development of SMEs in Hebei,and result shows that the number of industrial clusters steadily grows in scale,while industrial clusters are rather backward in regions.The proportion of industrial transformation is minute,but channels and scopes of sales develop rapidly,technology and equipment starting to upgrade and organization forms starting to transform.Therefore,we should optimize the external environment,establish cooperative mechanisms so as to promote a healthy development of SMEs under industrial clusters.更多还原
