基于一维超导体光子晶体的可调光波反射器的设计
Design of Tunable Optical Wave Reflector Based on One-Dimensional Superconductor Photonic Crystal
【摘要】 文章用半导体Si和超导体YBa2Cu3O7(YBCO)组成一维超导体光子晶体(AB)N,利用传输矩阵法对其反射特性进行了理论推导与数值模拟仿真研究.由于该一维超导体光子晶体组成材料中,仅有超导体YBCO的相对介电常数会受外部温度的调节,通过调整超导体YBCO的厚度、温度、电磁波的入射角和极化关系等参数,利用传输矩阵法计算其反射率,经过数值仿真发现其反射率对超导体YBCO的厚度、电磁波的入射角和极化关系等参数变化明显,而对外部温度的变化不明显.我们希望这些数值模拟仿真的结果能为设计可调的光波反射器提供理论研究基础.
【Abstract】 One-dimensional superconductor photonic crystal(AB)Nis composed of semiconductor Si and superconductor YBa2 Cu3 O7(YBCO),and whose reflectance characteristics are investigated by using the transfer matrix method.Since only the relative dielectric constant of this superconductor YBCO in the one-dimensional superconductor photonic crystal is tuned by the external temperature,the reflectance characteristics of the one-dimensional superconductor photonic crystal are calculated by using the transfer matrix method by adjusting the thickness of this superconductor YBCO,temperature,incident angle and polarization of electromagnetic wave.Through numerical simulation,we find that the reflectance is obviously tuned by these parameters:the thickness of this superconductor YBCO,incident angle and polarization of electromagnetic wave,but it is not markedly changed by temperature.We hope that these numerical simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of a tunable optical wave reflector.
