阿尔塔什水利枢纽混凝土面板堆石坝筑坝砂砾料相对密度试验及工程应用

【摘要】 依托于阿尔塔什水利枢纽,开展了混凝土面板堆石坝筑坝砂砾料现场和室内的相对密度试验,根据试验结果合理确定筑坝全级配料对应的最大、最小干密度值,为下一步碾压参数的确定提供基础参数,从而确保大坝压实质量达到设计要求。现场试验使用原级配料,最大粒径600 mm,室内试验使用等量替代法制备的模型级配料,最大粒径300 mm。最小干密度采用松填法,最大干密度现场采用振动碾压法,室内采用表面振动法。通过对不同原型级配料和模型级配料的最大干密度以及最小干密度的对比分析,来揭示粗砾含量、替代量与现场和室内试验的最大、最小干密度的特性关系。研究表明,现场试验和室内试验的最大、最小干密度与粗砾含量的规律是相同的,即密度值随粗砾含量增大先增大,随后减小;对于最大干密度,现场试验总比室内试验要大,两者间的差值随模型级配料的替代量增大而增大,主要是由等量替代后缩尺效应引起的;对于最小干密度,现场试验不全都比室内试验大,没有很明显的规律,主要受人工装填的影响。

【Abstract】 Base on Altash Water Control Project,the in situ and indoor experiments on the relative density of the sand-gravel ma-terial for the construction of the concrete face rockfill dam are carried out,so as to reasonably determine the maximum and mini-mum dry densities corresponding to the fully graded materials for the dam construction in accordance with the results from the ex-periments,and then provide the basic parameters for the rolling parameters for the next step of the construction,thus ensure thatthe compaction quality can meet the design requirement concerned. The maximum particle size of the original graded material forthe in situ experiment is 600 mm;while the maximum particle size of the model graded material prepared with the equivalent replacing method for the indoor experiment is 300 mm. The experiment on the minimum dry density is made with the loose-fillingmethod,the experiment on the maximum dry density is made by the vibrational rolling method and the indoor experiment ismade by the surface vibration method. Through the comparative analyses made between the maximum and minimum densities ofdifferent prototypical graded materials and model-graded materials,the content of coarse gravel and the replaced amount as wellas the relationship between the characteristics of the maximum and minimum dry densities of both the in situ and indoor experi-ments are revealed. The study shows that the maximum and minimum dry densities and the law of the coarse gravel of the in situand indoor experiments are the same;i.e. the density value is increased at first and then decreased along with the increase of thecontent of the coarse gravel,while the maximum dry density of the in situ experiment is larger than that of the indoor experimentall along and the difference between both of them is increased along with the increase of the replaced amount of the model-grad-ed material,which is mainly caused by the scale effect after the equivalent replacement. Furthermore,the minimum dry densi-ties obtained from the in situ experiment are not all larger than those of the indoor experiment and no obvious law is there aswell,which is mainly impacted by the artificial filling.
