【Abstract】 According to the current research on the health management of chronic diseases and based on the rethinking of the health care field in the context of smart healthcare,the existing problems of chronic health management in China are summarized from the design level. Based on the basic principles of service design,combined with the analysis of domestic and international existing cases in the context of smart healthcare,four design methods for service design applied to the management of chronic diseases are proposed: service systemization,product universalization,information visualization,and interaction emotionalization.更多还原
