云环境下畜禽诊断大数据管理与服务机制
Management and service mechanism of big data for livestock diagnosis in cloud environment
【摘要】 针对畜禽诊断大数据难以有效组织、共享和分析的问题,提出一套基于云服务架构的智能信息服务的应用模式,设计云环境下的畜禽大数据管理和逻辑访问框架、畜禽数据资源描述分类与元数据描述模型,实现诊断大数据资源的存储管理和高效索。研究畜禽疾病诊断大数据服务方法,该诊断服务由负载均衡器,分发、搜索和分析虚拟机服务节点共同完成,以猪病诊断为实例进行实际应用,应用结果表明,利用云环境下大数据资源的畜禽诊断知识服务,提高了诊断准确度,具有较高的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 To solve the problems that livestock diagnostic data are difficult to be effectively organized,shared and analyzed,an application model of intelligent information service based on cloud service architecture was proposed.A big data management and logical access framework,classification and metadata description model of livestock data resources under cloud environment were designed,the performance of massive data access service was improved.The establishment of big data service method of livestock disease diagnosis was studied,which was completed by the load balancer,distribution,search and analysis of virtual machine service node,and pig disease diagnosis as an integrated application example was carried out.The application shows that the proposed method can provide technical reference for the cloud environment data resources and knowledge collaboration services,and improve expert diagnosis service precision for livestock producers.It shows high practical application value.
