【摘要】 21世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋经济成为亚太国家经济发展的重要组成部分,而海洋产业作为海洋经济发展的主要推动力,其地位和作用越来越突出,逐渐成为亚太各国海洋经济发展的新力量。同时,"21世纪海上丝绸之路"倡议的提出为亚太国家海洋产业带来了巨大的发展机遇,促进了各国海洋产业的快速发展。因此,在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设背景下,学习亚太国家海洋产业的发展经验,不断提高海洋产业竞争力,实现其健康快速发展,成为中国今后海洋工作的重中之重。因此,本文首先分析了中国海洋产业发展现状并找出其中存在的问题,然后总结了位于"21世纪海上丝绸之路"沿线、在亚太地区具有代表性的印度尼西亚、日本和韩国3国海洋产业发展的经验,在此基础上,重点分析这些国家海洋产业发展经验对中国的启示,从而更好地促进中国海洋产业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21^stcentury is the century of the ocean.Marine economy has become an important part of economic development of the Asia-Pacific countries.However,in the process of marine economic development,the marine industry as a major driving force,its status and role are more and more prominent,and gradually become the new strength of marine economic development.At the same time,the"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road"strategy has brought great opportunities for the development of the marine industry of the Asia-Pacific countries,and promotes rapid development of the marine industry of the coast countries.Therefore,learning the marine industry development experience of the Asia-Pacific countries,and continuously improving the competitiveness of marine industry to achieve its rapid and healthy development in the context of"One Belt and One Road"have become the most important task of China in the future.This paper first analyzes the current situation of marine industry in China and finds out existing problems,and then summarizes a series of measures or policies for the development of marine industry in representative countries that Indonesia,Japan and Korea in the Asia-Pacific region and along the"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road".On this basis,this paper focuses on the analysis of the development of the marine industry measures or policy implications for China in the Asia-Pacific countries,in order to better promote the development of marine industry of China.更多还原
