ANDOR SR-500型光栅光谱仪的波长校准方法
Research on wavelength calibration algorithm for ANDOR SR-500 Grating Spectrometer
【摘要】 以低压汞灯的标准谱线为基准,采用MATLAB数值处理技术对ANDOR SR-500型光栅光谱仪的波长进行了校准。校准后测量谱与标准谱峰位一致性明显改善。采用校准后的光谱仪测量了上海硅酸盐研究所最新研制的LSO:Ce闪烁体在X射线照射下的发射光谱。实验结果与标称值一致性较好,峰值波长偏差小于2 nm。
【Abstract】 Wavelength of ANDOR SR-500 Grating Spectrometer is calibrated using MATLAB software. A low pressure mercury lamp is chosen as standard light source. After calibration, measuring peak wavelength has a better consistency with the standard value. Emission spectra of LSO: Ce scintillator induced by X-ray is measured. Measuring error is less than 2 nm, which implies that the calibration algorithm is effective.
