基于菌落形态、显微特征、DNA条形码三种策略鉴定僵蚕表面真菌

【摘要】 目的:检测北京市零售药店僵蚕饮片表面所含真菌的种类,为临床安全用药提供参考依据。方法:培养僵蚕表面真菌,进行纯化,获得单一菌株。结合真菌菌落形态、显微结构特征、DNA条形码三种方法鉴定僵蚕表面真菌。结果:从僵蚕饮片表面共获得真菌227株,共计10种。其中的8种真菌得到准确鉴定结果,2种真菌为未知菌株。结论:初步了解北京市零售药店僵蚕表面真菌情况,为临床安全用药提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the fungi kinds on the surface of Bombyx bassiana decoction in Beijing retail drugstoreand to provide reference for safe drug use in clinic. Method: The surface fungi of Bombyx bassiana were cultivated andpurified, and a single strain was obtained. Colony morphologies, microscopic characteristic and DNA barcode werecombined to identify fungi on the surface of Bombyx bassiana. Result: A total of 227 strains of fungi were obtained fromthe surface of Bombyx bassiana, which were 10 species, among which 8 species of fungi were obtained with accurateresults, 2 species were unknown strains. Conclusion: We have preliminary understanding of the surface fungi of bombyxbatryticatus in Beijing retail drug stores and provide a reference for the safety of the clinical medicine.
