【摘要】 5-氟尿嘧啶是治疗胃肠肿瘤术后的常用化疗药,艾迪注射液是临床的常用注射剂,两药联合在临床上常见组合,需要其疗效及安全性的进行评估,以便更好地指导临床。本文系统地检索了检索维普、万方、知网数据库相关资料,对符合标准的文献进行质量分析,并使用Review Manger5.2软件进行分析,发现联合用药组患者疗效更好(RR=2.29,95%CI:1.44-3.62,P<0.001),生活质量改善(RR=1.22,CI在95%:10.14至1.31,P<0.001),白细胞减少(RR=0.53,95%CI 0.46-0.62,P<0.001),血小板减少(RR=0.48,95%CI:0.37-0.63,P<0.001)。这说明艾迪注射液在患者胃肠肿瘤术后进行化疗辅助使用,能够增强化疗的肿瘤杀伤作用,并且对于其常见副作用,如骨髓抑制、呕吐、腹泻等具有极好的预防作用,值得临床推广。更多还原
