【摘要】 目的研究钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折的价值。方法该次选择对象为四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者,时间在2015年6月—2018年6月之间,根据电脑随机分配的原则将115例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者分为两组,其中包括对照组(57例)和观察组(58例),分别行闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术和钢板螺钉内固定治疗,对比其两组临床疗效、各项指标以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者总有效率98.28%,相比对照组更高(χ~2=11.95;P<0.05)。观察组四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间与对照组相比更具有优势,2组间相比较,差异有统计学意义(t=82.61、18.94、13.69;P<0.05)。观察组四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者不良反应发生概率为1.72%,与对照组相比较低(χ~2=10.71;P<0.05)。结论钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折效果显著,且安全性较高,值得研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of plate screw internal fixation in the treatment of long bone fractures of extremities. Methods This study was performed in patients with long bone fractures of the extremities. Between June 2015 and June 2018, 115 patients with long bone fractures of the extremities were divided into two groups according to the principle of random computer distribution. The control group(57 cases) and the observation group(58 cases) were treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail-ing and plate screw internal fixation. The clinical efficacy, various indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients with long bone fractures of the extremities was 98.28%, which was higher than that of the control group(χ~2=11.95; P<0.05). The operation time, fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the patients with long bone fractures in the observation group were more advantageous than the control group, compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=82.61, 18.94, 13.69; P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with long bone fractures of the extremities was 1.72%, which was lower than that of the control group(χ~2=10.71; P<0.05). Conclusion Plate screw internal fixation is effective in the treatment of long bone fractures of the extremities, and it is safe and worthy of study.更多还原
