【摘要】 目的研究mTOR在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达,了解其表达水平与相关临床资料之间的关系,探讨其在甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展过程中的所起到的作用以及临床意义。方法选择2014年3月—2016年2月于包头市肿瘤医院经手术根治切除的甲状腺乳头状癌标本,采用免疫组化Evision法检测mTOR在60例甲状腺乳头状癌、30例甲状腺良性病变标本,并对其相关临床资料对应的甲状腺乳头状癌中的标记结果进行对比分析。结果 mTOR在60例甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达阳性率为90.0%,与30例甲状腺良性病变标本对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 mTOR在甲状腺乳头状癌中存在的异常表达可能与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the expression of mTOR in the papillary thyroid cancer tissues and know the correlation between the expression level and related clinical data and study the effect in the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid cancer and clinical significance. Methods The specimens of papillary thyroid cancer removed by the surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected, and 60 cases with papillary thyroid cancer and 30 cases of thyroid benign lesion specimens in mTOR was tested by the immunohistochemical Evision method, and the marked results in the papillary thyroid cancer of the related clinical data were compared and analyzed. Results The positive rate of mTOR in 60 cases of patients with papillary thyroid cancer was 90.0%,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the 30 cases of thyroid benign lesion specimens(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of mTOR in the papillary thyroid cancer may be closely correlated with the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid cancer.更多还原
