【摘要】 运用文献资料法、实地考察与访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法对广东省高校社体专业人才培养过程中的若干问题展开研究.研究认为目前社体专业人才培养存在的问题主要体现在人才培养目标大而全、专业核心课程设置无法体现专业特质及实践教学质量欠缺等层面.在分析问题产生原因的基础认为在体育产业快速发展及地方高校转型发展的背景下,应该从突出人才培养的地方特色、加强师资队伍建设、完善实践教学校企合作人才培养模式等方面加以优化.更多还原

【Abstract】 Problems and optimizing strategies on cultivating talents of Guidance and Management of Social Sports Major in Guangdong have been studied by the ways of literature review, on-the-spot investigation and logic analysis. It is showed that the problems existing in cultivating talents of Guidance and management of Social Sports major in Guangdong are mainly embodied in such aspects: the target of talent training is over generalized,the core courses cannot reflect the professional characteristics and the quality of practical teaching is not high.Based on the analysis of the causes of problems, three countermeasures put forward to solve these problems are highlighting the talent-cultivating characteristics, strengthening the construction of personnel and perfecting the training model of cooperation between the university and the companies in background of the rapid development of sports industry and the transformation of local universities.更多还原
