【摘要】 目的观察支气管哮喘缓解期中医药体质干预方案对支气管哮喘缓解期患者的影响。方法将80例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予"伏九天"中药穴位敷贴,治疗组在此基础上根据体质加服相应的中药。两组疗程均为1年,随访1年后,观察临床疗效及ACT评分、血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平、1年内哮喘发作次数的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为95.0%和80.0%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,ACT评分明显增加(P<0.05),Ig E水平明显降低(P<0.05),1年内的哮喘发作次数明显减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "伏九天"穴位敷贴结合中医药体质调理的支气管哮喘缓解期中医药体质干预方案,可明显改善支气管哮喘缓解期患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,减少哮喘的发作次数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) constitution intervention on patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage.Methods 80 patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupoint plastering therapy of compound recipe"Fujiutian". Based on the treatment for the control group,the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine decoction according to constitution. The treatment course of both groups was one year with one-year follow-up. The changes on the clinical efficacy,asthma control test scale( ACT) score,serum immunoglobulin E( Ig E) level,frequency of asthma attack within one year were observed. Results The clinical total effective rates were 95.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P<0.05). After treatment,the ACT score was obviously increased in both groups( P<0.05),and the Ig E level was obviously decreased( P< 0.05) and the frequency of asthma attack within one year was obviously reduced( P < 0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on all indexes between the two groups( P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention program of acupoint plastering therapy of compound recipe"Fujiutian"combined with TCM constitution can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage,enhance the quality of life and reduce the frequency of asthma attack.更多还原
