【摘要】 目的观察多功能艾灸仪隔药灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的临床试验方法,按照纳入标准筛选出寒凝血瘀型痛经患者60例,其中隔药灸组30例采用多功能艾灸仪隔药灸治疗,西药组30例口服复方对乙酰氨基酚片治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的痛经症状积分变化,并对疗效进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,均能不同程度地减轻患者的痛经症状积分(P<0.01),且隔药灸组疗效明显优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论多功能艾灸仪隔药灸疗法治疗原发性痛经疗效优于单纯服用复方对乙酰氨基酚片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herb-partitioned moxibustion with multi-functional moxibustion appliance in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method By using a randomized controlled clinical trial design, 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold congealing and blood stasis were recruited according to the inclusion criteria. Thirty subjects in herb-partitioned moxibustion(HPM) group were intervened by herb-partitioned moxibustion with multi-functional moxibustion appliance, while the other 30 subjects in the Western medication group were intervened by oral administration of Compound paracetamol tablets. The dysmenorrhea symptom score was observed before and after the treatment in both groups, and the therapeutic efficacy was also evaluated. Result The dysmenorrhea symptom score dropped at different rates in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01), and the therapeutic efficacy of the HPM group was superior to that of the Western medication group(P<0.01). Conclusion Herb-partitioned moxibustion with multi-functional moxibustion appliance can produce a more significant efficacy than oral administration of Compound paracetamol tablets in treating primary dysmenorrhea.更多还原
