丝素蛋白支架材料生物可控降解性的研究进展
Progress in the biodegradation of silk fibroin scaffolds in tissue engineering
【摘要】 丝素蛋白是目前组织工程领域研究较为广泛的生物支架材料之一,其降解速率受许多因素的影响,通过控制这些影响因素,有望对丝素蛋白的降解速率进行更可靠的控制。本文通过查阅国内外关于丝素蛋白生物材料降解性的研究文献,对丝素蛋白支架材料生物学可控降解性的研究进展作一综述。
【Abstract】 Silk fibroin is one of the most widely used biological scaffolds in the field of tissue engineering.Its degradation rate is affected by many factors.It is expected that the degradation rate of silk fibroin can be controlled more reliably by controlling these factors.This review focuses on the progress of the biodegradation of silk fibroin scaffolds.
