【摘要】 在智慧交通时代,道路交通伤害(road traffic injury,RTI)预防迎来了新的机遇,但全球中低收入国家的RTI预防情况仍不容乐观。本文主要综述了新技术在RTI预防中的应用给中低收入国家RTI预防带来的机遇,同时介绍了中低收入国家在RTI预防中的挑战,并对我国RTI预防的挑战进行分析。最后总结了新技术在RTI预防应用中的不足,缩小高收入国家与中低收入国家之间交通安全水平的差距需要全球协作实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of intelligent transportation, road traffic injuries(RTI) prevention has encountered new opportunities, but the RTI prevention in low-and middle-income countries is still not optimistic. This paper mainly reviews the application of new technology in RTI prevention, and that brings opportunities for RTI prevention in low-and middle-income countries. at the same time, it introduces the challenges of RTI prevention in low-and middle-income countries, and analyzes the challenges of RTI prevention in China. Finally, the shortcomings of new technologies in the application of RTI prevention are summarized. The gap in the level of traffic safety between high-income countries and low-and middle-income countries needs global assistance.更多还原
