【Abstract】 Electronic administration and electronic governance, the latter emerged and developed after the former. People show dis-agreement on understanding the both terms, but think about their content and relationships, and manifest the trend of boundaries blurred and converging distinctly. Based on previous literature research and practical results at home and abroad, this paper inspects the main differences, clarifies the interrelationships, and seeks strategies and conditions of convergence between e-administration and e-gover-nance in order to eliminate related distorting and misunderstanding and promote the both forward toward concordant goals.更多还原
