【摘要】 城市社区权力秩序一直是城市社区治理研究者关注的主要问题之一。在梳理2011-2016年我国城市社区权力秩序研究文献的基础上,我们发现,在宏观视角上,不少学者倾向于从国家-社会视角和空间-行动者视角来研究城市社区的权力秩序,以此呈现近年来我国城市社区在权力结构上的调整与变化。在中观层次上,近几年的研究抓住了我国城市社会管理体制逐步向社区制过渡的现实情况,对社区权力实践的新内容进行了探讨,尤其是对多元权力嵌入社区之后所引起的不同权力主体之间结构与关系的变化进行了分析,并对社区权力秩序如何朝多元主体共构发展的趋势进行了专门性的思考。在微观面向上,近些年的研究主要从体制调适、机制创新和技术变革三个方面来诠释社区权力路径的生成及其变化。同时,对以往城市社区权力秩序的研究进行反思,旨在进一步拓展此研究的内容和层次。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban community power order has always been one of the main concerns of urban community governance researchers.This paper combs the research literature on the order of urban community power during the period of 2011-2016. At the macro level, the scholars have studied the order of power of urban communities from the perspective of state-society and space-actor, and basically showed the adjustment and change of urban community power structure in recent years. Recent years’ study closely grasped the reality of the gradual transition from the urban social management system to the community system in China, and studied the new contents of the practice of community power, explored the change of the structure and relationship between the power subjects caused by the multiple power embedded in the community, and how to develop the trend of community power in the direction of pluralistic subject coexistence.At micro aspects, in recent years, the study explained community power generation and its dependence from the institutional adjustment,mechanism innovation and technological change. At the same time, this paper finds that there are still many shortcomings in the current research, we should overcome the limitations of research and research methods, more comprehensive and in-depth reveals the community power order. At the same time, this article will reflect on the previous research on the power order of urban communities, in order to ex-pand the content and level of the future research on urban community power order.更多还原
