【Abstract】 There′s great difficulty for the maintenance of petroleum refining unit from "three-year maintenance" to "four-year maintenance",especially for the realization of "four-year maintenance" for the refinery or series of units,the strengthening of equipment management from all aspects and multi-angles is needed.This paper summarizes a number of management methods and techniques for improving equipment management level and prolonging unit operation period effectively.It analyzes the problems and formulates measures from the aspects of corrosion protection of equipment and pipeline,entrusted inspection and maintenance team management,overhaul,professional management and application of the "four-new" technologies so as to improve the equipment management level and ensure long-period operation of the unit.更多还原
