浓淡燃烧燃气热水器翅片管式换热器数值模拟研究

【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法对浓淡燃烧燃气热水器翅片管式换热器进行仿真模拟研究,对实际设备进行合理简化,分别研究换热管内螺纹、翅片的形式以及翅片的数目对换热器内流体流动和换热的影响,并将实验测得的数据与模拟结果进行比较。比较结果表明:带有螺纹的换热管对水的出口温度影响较小;异形翅片的换热效果要优于平面翅片的换热效果;换热器内水的出口温度随翅片数目的增加呈对数函数分布。

【Abstract】 The numerical simulation method is used to study the finned heat exchanger with rich and lean combustion gas water heater. On the basis of the rational simplification of the finned heat exchanger, the effects of internal threads, the form of fins and the number of fins on fluid flow and heat transfer in heat exchangers are studied respectively, and the simulation results are compared with experimental datum to verify the accuracy of the simulation results. The results show that the heat transfer tube with thread has little influence on the outlet temperature of water; the heat transfer effect of the special-shaped fin is better than the heat transfer effect of the plane fin; the outlet temperature of water in the heater increases logarithmically with the number of fins.
