基于基因组遗传标记的上海白猪(上系)杂交优势预测分析

【摘要】 通过基于基因组遗传标记的杂交优势预测分析,筛选上海白猪(上系)最优杂交配套组合,以期促进上海白猪(上系)的保种工作,为优质猪肉的生产奠定基础。基于99头上海白猪(上系)与156头国内主要的引进品种(杜洛克、长白猪、大白猪、皮特兰、巴克夏猪)全基因组简化测序得到的100 120个SNP遗传标记,结合性状特异的杂种优势预测方法,利用二元杂交,三元杂交和四元杂交方式,进行了上海白猪(上系)的杂种优势预测。结果显示:二元杂交杜上(DS)、长上(LS)的杂种优势较高,三元杂交的三元杂种肉猪上长大(SLY)最好,双杂交的四元杂种肉猪杜长大上(DLYS)最优、杜上长大(DSLY)次之。针对繁殖、育肥、胴体与肉质性能等多个指标,综合考虑经营管理、成本及当前市场对优质猪肉的需求,确定上海白猪(上系)与长大二元杂种母猪的杂交组合(S×LY)为最宜的杂交配套系组合。

【Abstract】 In this study,the optimal crossbreeding systems of Shanghai white pigs were screened by predicting the heterosis based on genomic genetic markers. This work will facilitate the maintenance of Shanghai white pigs and lay a foundation for the production of high quality pork. The 100 120 whole genome-wide SNP genetic markers of 99 Shanghai white pigs and 156 major domestic introduced breeds(Duroc,Landrace,Yorkshire,Pietrain,Berkshire) were used to perform heterosis prediction based on trait-specific heterosis prediction method. Hybridization methods included two-way hybridization,three-way hybridization and quaternary hybridization. The results showed that the heterosises of Duroc × Shanghai white and Landrace × Shanghai white in two-way crossbreeding were evident,the hybrid combination of Shanghai white × Landrace × Yorkshire in three-way crossing was the best,and in four-way crossbreeding,the hybrid combination of Duroc × Shanghai white× Yorkshire × Landrace was the best,and that of Duroc × Shanghai white × Landrace × Yorkshire came to be the second best. Various indicators like reproduction,fattening,carcass and meat quality being compared,together with the elements like management control,cost and market demand for quality pork being considered,the hybrid combination of Shanghai white × Landrace × Yorkshire was discovered to be the most suitable crossbreeding system.
