植物花青素生物合成代谢途径及调控因子研究
Research on plants anthocyanin biosynthesis metabolic pathway and its regulator factors
【摘要】 花青素是决定植物花色的主要色素,具有重要的营养和药用价值,是花色研究和开发的重点。本文主要概括了植物花青素合成代谢过程及其合成途径中主要结构基因和调控基因的类型、作用机制,并介绍了外部环境因素对花青素合成的影响,同时展望了植物花青素合成相关基因的应用前景和发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Anthocyanin, the principal pigment in flowers responsible for the flower color in most plants, is important for its nutritional value and medical usages. This paper described the process of the plant anthocyanin biosynthesis, and recapitulates the genotypes of the major structural genes and regulator genes and the mechanisms of regulation in plant anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway. The environmental factors in the plant anthocyanin biosynthesis were also analyzed. In the end,it summaried the future prospectives of the anthocyanins application.
