【摘要】 目的:观察补肾壮骨汤治疗维持性血液透析（MHD）患者肾性骨病（RBD）的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例。两组患者均维持原有的饮食习惯和原血液透析治疗方案,治疗基础疾病及并发症状,对照组给予骨化三醇胶丸治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予补肾壮骨汤治疗。3个月后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈3例,好转9例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率86.7%;对照组治愈1例,好转6例,有效10例,无效13例,总有效率56.7%。治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗组治疗后血清P3-水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）,血清Ca²⁺水平显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:补肾壮骨汤治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性骨病具有较好的临床疗效,可显著改善骨代谢异常及钙磷代谢紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen zhuanggu decoction on renal osteodystrophy（RBD）of patients with maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）,and explore its mechanism. Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.The patients of both groups maintained original eating habits and original treating programs of hemodialysis. Basic disease and associated symptoms were treated.The control group was treated with calcitriol soft gelatin capsule,while the treatment group was treated with Bushen zhuanggu decoction on the basis of control group.After 3 months,the clinical effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the clinical total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The level of serum P3-after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than in the control group（P<0.05）,while the level of serum Ca²⁺ was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion:The clinical effect of Bushen zhuanggu decoction on renal osteodystrophy of patients with maintenance hemodialysis is better,which can improve the abnormality of bone metabolism and the metabolic disorder of phosphorus and calcium.更多还原
