【摘要】 目的:观察腰椎间盘突出症采用经椎间孔镜联合通痹活络汤的治疗效果。方法:选择腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用经椎间孔镜治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用通痹活络汤治疗。结果:治疗组VAS、JOA、ODI评分改善优秀于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症采用经椎间孔镜联合通痹活络汤治疗较单纯采用经椎间孔镜治疗疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transforaminal endoscopy combined with Tongbi huoluo decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: 80 cases of selected patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transforaminal endoscopy,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tongbi huoluo decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The improvement of scores of VAS,JOA and ODI in treatment group was better than that in control group. The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group. There were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of transforaminal endoscopy combined with Tongbi huoluo decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is better than that of simple transforaminal endoscopy.更多还原
