【Abstract】 The management of administrative documents in colleges and universities has different regulatory standards in different periods.This paper introduces the development process,current situation and existing difficulties in implementation of "department filing" of administrative documents in colleges and universities.According to the work practice of administrative archives in USTC,the paper suggests an assembly mode should be applied by archives or comprehensive archives rooms to filing administrative documents in colleges and universities.更多还原
