【Abstract】 Low-pressure casting is a kind of near net shape technology. It has been widely applied for preparing metal matrix composites with promising prospects. The research progress of fabricating aluminum matrix composites by using low-pressure casting is summarized. The theory of mold-filling for metal matrix composites is mainly elaborated. The problems in casting process are pointed out. The main research direction in the future is proposed.更多还原
