500kA铝电解供电系统稳流控制策略优化
The Optimization of the Steady Flow Control Strategy of 500kA Aluminum Electrolysis Power Supply System
【摘要】 以某公司整流供电系统技术改造为背景,针对500kA大电流整流输出振动不稳定的问题,对现有电解铝供电系统的结构进行分析。整流供电系统采用有载调压变压器、移相变压器以及自饱和电抗器三者协调控制策略,应用数字式PLC设备实现对稳流系统的控制,阐述改进后的稳流控制系统的基本原理和系统总体设计方案。调试及运行结果表明,该策略稳流精度高,对提高电解铝供电质量、降低电能消耗具有重大现实意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the technical transformation of rectifier supply system in a company,aimed at the rectifier output of vibration instability with 500 kA high current,the existing structure of power supply system of electrolytic aluminum is analyzed.The coordinated control strategies of on load voltage regulating transformer,phase-shifting transformer and autotransductor are proposed.The steady control of flow system is realized based on digital PLC.The basic principle and overall design scheme of the steady flow control system after the improvement are desribed.The results show that this strategy is of high precision of current stability,which has great practical significance for improving the quality of power supply and reducing power consumption.
