【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定桂龙咳喘宁片中桂皮醛的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,乙腈-水(45∶55)为流动相,C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:1 m L/min;检测波长:290 nm。结果:桂皮醛在0.064 7~0.970 5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为101.5%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于桂龙咳喘宁片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the concentration of cinnamaldehyde in Guilongkechuanning tablets by HPLC. Methods:HPLC was used with mobile phase acetonitrile-water(45∶55),C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The flow rate was1.0 m L/min and the detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results:It had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.064 7~0.970 5 μg(r=1.000 0),the average recovery is 101.5%,RSD% is 1.8%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and has good repeatability,and could be used for the quality control of guilong kechuanning tablets.更多还原
