【摘要】 分析了自1978年以来40年土地改革的逻辑过程,其先后经历了以个人物质利益认同为核心的赋权式改革、以土地产权流动为核心的市场化改革以及自2015年以来以土地产权结构完善为核心的权利实现机制改革等几个阶段;指出改革开放的40年,也是城乡收入差距整体扩大的40年,40年来所开展的土地制度改革一定程度上强化了城乡二元发展的格局特征;提出了构建推进城乡融合发展的农村土地权益实现体制机制的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The course of China’s reform and opening up in the past 40 years since 1978 has represented an important period of land system development in China. The gradual transformation from the dominance of the government to that of the market, especially the increasing role of the market in allocating land resources, and more systematic government regulation. The land system reform process is a process of continuous development of urban and rural integration. Several suggestions are proposed to realize the system and the mechanism of rural land rights, as well as interests in promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.更多还原
