【Abstract】 As the continual growth of the revolutionary basement,Malan has raised the requirements of the ability of party members and cadres’ work capability.Party organizations have carried out effective education to meet the political needs of Malan,including:business education,political education,cultural education and theoretical education,to establish a systematic training education of carders,so as to cultivate a contingent of competent cadres and promote the revolutionary development which finally helped to form the " Red Malan-Spirit."
