水热法制备V5+掺杂钼酸铋光催化剂及其性能研究
Preparation and Properties of V5+ Doped Bismuthmolybdate Photocatalyst by Hydrothermal Method
【摘要】 以硝酸铋和钼酸铵为反应原料,V2O5为掺杂源,采用水热法制备V5+掺杂钼酸铋光催化剂,并通过在可见光下光催化剂降解罗丹明B溶液,评价V5+掺杂对钼酸铋性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)及光致发光(PL)表征手段来考察掺杂量对钼酸铋物相、晶貌尺寸、结晶度、光吸收性能、光生电子-空穴复合等的影响。结果表明,掺杂V5+未改变钼酸铋的片状形貌,但其片状尺寸明显变小且厚度变薄,光吸收性能增强,光生电子-空穴复合率下降;与纯钼酸铋相比,V5+掺杂能显著提高钼酸铋的光催化活性,在可见光光照50min后,1. 0%V5+掺杂的效果最好,对罗丹明B的脱色率可达73%,较之纯钼酸铋提高了21%。
【Abstract】 V5+doped Bi2MoO6 photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method with bismuth nitrate and ammonium molybdate as rawmaterials and V2 O5 as doping source. The effect of V5+dopig on the photocatalytic performanceof Bi2MoO6 was determined through the photodegradation of Rhodamine B solution under visible light. Several techniques,including X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),and photoluminescence( PL) characterization methods were used to investigate the effect of V5+doping on the phase,crystallite size,light absorption properties,photoelectron-hole recombinationof the bismuth molybdate. The results showthat the doping of V5+did not change the structure and the sheet morphology of bismuth molybdate,but enhanced the light absorption performance and decreased the photoelectron-hole recombination rate as compared with pure Bi2MoO6.Bi2MoO6 with 1. 0% V5+doping exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity with the degradation rate of rhodamine B( Rh B) being 73%,which is21% higher than that of pure Bi2MoO6.
