溶胶-化学共沉淀法制备片状ZnxCo2-x-W型铁氧体
Study on Preparation and Properties of ZnxCo2-x-W Ferrites by Sol-chemical Coprecipitation Method
【摘要】 采用溶胶-化学共沉淀法及掺杂元素制备得到近六角形、微米级、片状ZnxCo2-x-W型铁氧体(Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16O27)。研究了所制备铁氧体的物相组成、颗粒形貌、静磁性能。通过单因素方差分析判断了实验因素(x值、Ba/Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16O27原料质量比及焙烧温度)对所制备铁氧体饱和磁化强度Ms和矫顽力Hc的影响显著性。结果表明,x值、Ba/Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16O27原料质量比及焙烧温度均对Znx-Co2-x-W型铁氧体的Ms和Hc存在显著影响;二次合成及掺杂元素的方法使颗粒径向尺寸达0.74μm,径厚比达710;片状颗粒径向尺寸、径厚比及产物纯度明显提高,溶胶-化学共沉淀法制备的Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16O27的Ms较溶胶凝胶法制备的Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16O27的Ms明显提高。
【Abstract】 Near-hexagonal,micron-scale,platelet-like Znx-Co2-x-W ferrites( Ba ZnxCo2-x Fe16 O27) were prepared by sol-chemical coprecipitation and doping elements. The phase composition,particle morphology,and magnetostatic properties of the prepared ferrite were studied. The effect of experimental factors( x value material mass ratio of Ba/Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16 O27 and calcination temperature) on the saturation magnetization Msand coercive force Hcof the prepared ferrite was judged by one-way analysis of variance. The results showthat x value,material mass ratio of Ba/Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16 O27,and calcination temperature all have significant effects on the Msand Hcof Znx-Co2-x-W ferrites; secondary synthesis and doping methods make the radial size of the particles up to 0. 7 4μm,diameter-to-thickness ratio7 10; The radial size,the diameter thickness ratio and the purity of the product are obviously improved,and the sol-chemical properties of the particles are improved. The Msof BaZnxCo2-xFe16 O27 prepared by sol-chemical coprecipitation method is significantly higher than that of Ba ZnxCo2-xFe16 O27 prepared by sol-gel process.
