面向加工中心床身的改进BP神经网络优化系统
Improved BP Neural Network Optimization System for Machining Center Bed
【摘要】 针对加工中心的动态特性直接影响整机的加工精度等问题,面向i5系列M4.5智能机床的动态特性需求,采用动态优化的原理,对机床的基础部件床身建立一种优化系统;该系统由需求分析、系统设计和智能优化模块组成。在传统的系统设计基础上,采用灵敏度分析,结合改进神经网络和遗传算法(BP-GA法)对床身进行多目标结构优化,从而提高加工中心的智能水平。结果表明,优化后的床身动态特性得到提高,为机床的优化提供了有效的理论依据。
【Abstract】 In viewof the dynamic characteristics of the machining center,which directly affect the machining precision of the whole machine,aiming at the dynamic characteristics of i5 M4. 5 intelligent machine tools,a system of optimization is built for the basic parts of machine tools based on the principle of dynamic optimization. The system is composed of demand analysis,system design and intelligent optimization module. On the basis of the traditional system design,using sensitivity analysis,combined with the improved neural network and genetic algorithm( BP-GA method) the multi target structure of the bed is optimized,so as to improve the intelligence level of machining center. The results showthat the dynamic characteristics of the optimized bed are improved,which provides an effective theoretical basis for the further optimization of the machine tools.
