改建铁路邻近营业线特大桥承台施工及线路加固技术

Construction for Pile Caps and Line Reinforcement of Grand Bridge of Reconstructed Railway in the Vicinity Operating Railway

【摘要】 本工程为改建铁路广梅汕线龙湖南至汕头段增建二线及厦深联络线工程第一标段,正线长度22.9km,正线特大桥12 680.46延长米/3座。本标段全线与既有广梅汕线平行,全线多处为邻近营业线施工,且标段范围内地质多为深厚软土层,故承台施工方法考虑采用钢板桩加型钢支撑支护开挖。此外,在桥墩承台施工前,对既有铁路进行了吊轨梁加固及钢花管注浆处理。本标段共计393个承台均已施工完成,结果均满足要求。

【Abstract】 This project is the second additional line of the reconstructed railway of Guangmeishan Line from Longhunan to Shantou and the first section of the linking-up road from Xiamen to Shenzhen. The length of main track is 22.9 km and there are 3 grand bridges per 12680.46 linear meter. The whole line of this section is parallel to the existing line and the construction will be carry out in the vicinity of the operating railway. Besides, most of the soil layer is deep-seated mollisol. Therefore, the construction method of pile cap adopts steel sheet pile and shaped steel support during the excavation and support processes. In addition, before the construction of pile cap, the existing railway is reinforced with rail beam and steel tube grouting. There are 393 pile caps in this section and all the construction has been completed. And the results meet the requirements.
