便携式X射线检测钢筋套筒灌浆连接密实度试验研究

【摘要】 运用便携式X射线设备对钢筋套筒灌浆连接密实度进行试验研究。试验表明:厚度≤230mm的混凝土构件且单排设置钢筋套筒灌浆接头时,便携式X射线设备可对钢筋套筒灌浆连接的密实度进行有效检测,准确区别密实区和非密实区;厚度>230mm的构件或双排设置钢筋套筒灌浆接头时,对构件进行微破损后也可对钢筋套筒灌浆连接的密实度进行有效检测,并准确区别密实区和非密实区。

【Abstract】 Using portable X-ray equipment, experimental study was conducted on the compactness of grouting in grout sleeve splicing of rebars. Tests show that when concrete members with a thickness of no more than 230 mm and single-row rebars are installed, the portable X-ray equipment can effectively detect the grout compactness and accurately distinguish between dense and non-dense areas. When component with thickness more than 230 mm or double-row rebars is arranged, the grout compactness can also be effectively detected and the dense and non-dense areas can be accurately distinguished after the components are damaged slightly.
