超高层建筑施工风险源识别与应对措施研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济不断发展,城市化进程逐步推进,超高层建筑不断涌现。超高层建筑项目具有现场条件复杂、应用技术难等特征,施工安全管理存在较大困难。结合实地调研和专家访谈,系统地识别了超高层建筑施工过程中的重点风险源以及引发相关事故的主要因素和应对措施。通过专家打分法确定了各风险源应对措施的有效程度。

【Abstract】 With the continuous economy development and the advancing of urbanization in China, super high-rise buildings are constantly emerging. The complexity of site conditions and application technical difficulty of super high-rise building projects make super high-rise construction safety management more difficult. By field investigation and expert interview, the key risk sources in the construction process of super high-rise buildings is identified with main factors leading to accidents and corresponding countermeasures. The degree of effectiveness of corresponding countermeasures to various risk sources is determined by expert scoring.
