分块盖板屈曲约束钢板剪力墙抗震性能研究

【摘要】 为了解决屈曲约束钢板剪力墙(以下简称钢板墙)混凝土盖板自重大、安装困难等问题,提出了一种新型屈曲约束钢板墙,采用竖向分块盖板代替整块盖板,使得单个盖板的质量大大减轻,便于运输和安装,标准化程度大大提高。弹塑性有限元计算结果表明,分块盖板屈曲约束钢板墙在水平往复荷载作用下,滞回曲线非常饱满,耗能性能优异,第2加载循环时承载力无明显下降,承载力高于按照JGJ/T380—2015《钢板墙技术规程》得到的结果。分块盖板屈曲约束钢板墙内嵌钢板应力分布均匀,在层间变形角达到1/50时,塑性应变为钢材屈服应变的8.0倍左右,钢板损伤程度远低于非约束钢板墙。随着盖板数量增加,各盖板的面外变形差异明显,但混凝土与钢筋的应力均较低。对于内嵌钢板厚度大、混凝土盖板数量多的情况,分块混凝土盖板对内嵌钢板的约束作用明显减弱。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that self-weight of the concrete cover plates for bucklingrestrained steel plate shear wall( BRSPSW) is very large and difficult to install,a new type of BRSPSW is proposed in this paper. After the vertical partition cover plates are used instead of the whole cover plate,the weight of the single cover plate can be reduced significantly,it is convenient for transportation and installation,as well as the standardized level is improved greatly. The results of elasto-plastic finite element analysis shows that the hysteretic curves of BRSPSW with sub-cover plate are quite full and the energy dissipation capacity is excellent under the horizontal reversed load. The bearing capacity at the second loading cycle is not obviously decreased,and the bearing capacities are higher than the results obtained according to JGJ/T380—2015 Technical specification for steel plate shear walls. The stress distribution of the embedded steel plates with sub-cover plates for BRSPSW is quite uniform. When the inter-story drift ratio reaches 1/50,the plastic strain is about 8 times of the steel yield strain,the damage degrees of the steel plates are far lower than that of the steel plate shear walls( SPSW). With the increase of the number of cover plates,the out of plane deformation differentials between each cover plate is obvious,but the stress of concrete and steel bar is low. As for the BRSPSW with large steel thickness and large number of concrete cover plates,the restrained effect of concrete cover plates on the embedded steel plate is obviously weakened.
