【摘要】 科学合理的设计、安排顶岗实习,规范顶岗实习的组织管理工作,是保障顶岗实习质量和提高顶岗实习实效性的前提。目前,利用现代信息技术对职业院校学生实习进行过程管理仍处于初步探索阶段,职业院校学生顶岗实习在质量管理方面仍存在许多问题,需要从健全顶岗实习管理的法律保障体系、建立顶岗实习多方管理主体的合作机制、完善实习过程管理的运行和保障机制、加强顶岗实习期的安全管理等几方面着手强化顶岗实习质量管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and reasonable design and arrangement,as well as standardized organization and management of internship,are the prerequisites for the quality and effectiveness of internship.
