【摘要】 以岭南师范学院亚洲潜水学院为个案,采用访谈、文本分析等研究方法对其人才培养的实践探索过程进行研究.研究过程阐释了其人才培养的"协同创新"理念、基于STP理论的人才培养目标制定过程、应用型人才培养的课程结构设置思路等特色与创新之处;通过人才培养实践过程与结果的剖析,揭示出培养机制方面存在的资源共享机制有待优化、沟通协调机制尚未制度化、质量评价机制不够完善等问题.从而得出休闲体育专业人才培养需要构建"四化一本"的协同创新人才培养理念、拓宽"多维协同"的人才培养途径、创新多元化的人才培养模式、建立完善的协同创新人才培养机制.以期对我国休闲体育专业人才培养的改革与创新提供新思路.更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the Asian diving academy of Lingnan normal university as an example,the practical exploration of talent cultiration was studied using the methods of interview and text analysis. Special features and innoration,such as " collaborative innovation" concept of talent cultivation,talent cultiration target setting process basing on the STP theory,and applied talents cultivation course structure setideas are illustrated. Through the analysis of the practice process and results of talent cultivation,it is revealed that resource sharing mechanism needs to be optimized,communication and coordination mechanism is not yet institutionalization,and quality evaluation mechanism is imperfect and so on. Therefore,it is concluded that the cultivation of professional talents for leisure sports needs to build " five aspects " ideas of collaborative innovation talents cultivation, widen the "multidimensional collaboration" way of talent cultivation,innovative and diversified the mode of talent cultivation,establish and improve mechanism of collaborative innovation talent cultivation.This paper is expected to provide new ideas for the reform and innovation of talent cultivation of leisure sports professionals in China.更多还原
