【摘要】 对学生进行全面综合的评价是一项非常困难的工作,因为每一个教育对象都有自己的发展特点和多面性。学分制改革的实践表明,学生选课不同,班集体不同,参加的活动等各方面都表现出差异性。思想政治教育工作者可以利用大数据库对学生进行多元评价,把学生的表现全面综合评价出来,这有利于奖学金及各项优秀评选的科学性和公正性,同时也可以基于数据分析建立每一个教育对象的成长档案,为每一位同学匹配个性化的人才成长方案,突出学生主体地位,让每一个学生都成人成才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Each educational object has his own development characteristics,so it is a very difficult task to evaluate students in a comprehensive way. Especially from the practice of credit system,we can see that the curricula-variable is multiple,and the class is different,also,the differences do exist in students’ activities in class and other aspects. Ideological and political education workers can take advantage of Large Data Bases to evaluate students in a poly-basic way to appraise the all-sided students’ performance,which is beneficial to the scientific and equitable elect for scholarship and various selection. Meanwhile,we can establish a grow-up record and map personalized talent growth program for each educational object basic on the data analyze,from that,to highlight students’ main position and let the students be successful in both character and capability.更多还原
