【Abstract】 Jinhua business group is an important branch of the Zhejiang business group. And ancient business group had distinct local characteristic and lasting influence. In this paper,the formation background,local characteristics,growing history and business philosophy of " sugar-carrier group", " salt-carrier group" and "Lanxi group" are reviewed.
