排水管网改造与LID径流控制在城市雨洪管理中的应用和组合优化
Application and Combination Strategies of Pipe Enlargement and LID Runoff Control Measures in Urban Flood Management
【摘要】 随着绿色排水建设的推进,在现有城市排水系统基础上,研究排水管网与新型LID调控措施组合优化是一个亟待解决的现实问题。为此,提出了一种雨洪管理措施组合优化方法,基于水动力模拟软件SWMM和多目标优化算法GA进行联合求解,评估不同改造方案情境下的系统溢流量与建造费用之间的关系,研究管网改造和LID径流控制措施的个体作用和组合策略。案例研究表明,管网改造的工程经济性优于LID径流控制,采取适当的径流控制措施可帮助提高组合系统对雨洪的整体调控效果。此外,多目标优化方法的采用为两种改造措施提供了弹性的组合方案,亦对城市雨洪管理系统的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 With the development of green drainage construction,it is an urgent problem to study the combination of traditional pipe network and the innovative LID runoff control measures in urban flood management.To study the traditional pipe network and low impact development measures,the SWMM and multi-objective genetic algorithm were used to solve the model of drainage pipe network.The performance of flood volume control and the related investment costs are utilized as the objective functions.Our results show that under extreme rainfalls the pipe enlargement outperforms LID measures in terms of flooding control;however,LID runoff measures can be considered as effective means to complement pipe capacities in reducing flood damage.The multi-objective optimization can provide a flexible optimal combination scheme for the integrated system under different conditions,which can provide important technical support and decision aids in the construction and management of urban floods.
