工程车辆ROPS分析与研究
Analysis and Research on ROPS Structure of Engineering Vehicle
【摘要】 由于工程车辆大都工作于环境较差的地方,经常会发生侧翻、重物砸压等事故。为了降低事故对工作人员带来不必要的伤害,对工程车身的ROPS进行有限元分析。在三维软件中对车身骨架进行制图,把制作完成的图导入ANSYS Workbench中进行静力分析,对车架的侧向及纵向施加一个固定的载荷,模拟车身侧翻时,路面对车身骨架施加的力。实现对车身ROPS的安全性的检测。
【Abstract】 Since most of engineering vehicles work in poor environment, there are often accidents such as rollover and heavy load. In order to reduce unnecessary injury to the stafs caused by accidents, this paper analyzes the ROPS of engineering vehicle body. Drawings of the body frame are made in 3 D software, then input into ANSYS Workbench for static analysis. Apply lateral loads and longitudinal loads to the frame to simulate the force from the road to the frame in rollover, to detect the safety of the body ROPS.
