基于Workbench的U型桁架机械手的有限元分析与优化

【摘要】 用SolidWorks三维绘图软件,建立U型桁架机械手的有限元模型,并依据模型简化原则,得到最合理的三维模型,利用工程分析软件ANSYS Workbench 15.0进行静力分析和模态分析,得出其对应的应力云图和变形云图,以及计算出前6阶固有频率和振型。证实了U型桁架设计的合理性。并采用轻量化设计来优化桁架结构,对以后桁架机械手设计具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The finite element model of U-shaped truss manipulator is established using SolidWorks, and the most reasonable three-dimensional model is obtained according to the principle of model simplification. Stress cloud maps, deformation cloud maps and the first six natural frequencies and modes can be calculated by static analysis and modal analysis, with the help of engineering analysis software ANSYS Workbench 15.0. The analysis can prove the rationality of the U-shaped truss. And the use of lightweight design to optimize the truss structure for the future truss robot design has a certain reference value.
