基于ANSYS的FSAE电动方程式赛车电机固定系统的设计分析与优化
Design Analysis and Optimization of Motor Fixing System for FSAE Electric Equation Racing Car Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 为了降低电机固定系统在电机高扭输出时的形变量,同时在发生碰撞时尽可能保护电机,使用ANSYS软件对昆明理工大学KMUST赛车电机固定系统进行分析。结果表明,设计方案中的电机四点固定系统在电机高扭输出时可以达到强度要求,但是在电机发生正向或侧向碰撞时应力过于集中,无法给予电机足够的保护,因此增加3个固定点,以提高其在正向和侧向的碰撞安全性。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce shape variable of the motor fixing system in high torque output, and to protect the motor as much as possible in collision, the ANSYS software is used to analyze the motor fixing system of the KMUST racing car of Kunming University of Science and Technology. The results show that the design scheme of the motor four-point fixing system can meet the strength requirements in high torque output of the motor, but the stress is too concentrated in forward or lateral collision, not able to provide enough protection to the motor, thus three fixing points are added, so as to improve its safety in positive and lateral collision.
